2. Output Standards
Video: 4K MP4 (H.264 or ProRes), 1–3 mins, cinematic camera paths. Stills: 4K+, photorealistic, multiple lighting
moods (day, dusk, night). Source Files: Editable 3ds Max + Corona project with textures, models, and asset libraries.
3. Scene Quality Requirements
Physically accurate daylight system + HDRI sky. PBR materials with correct scale and roughness maps. Realistic
vegetation with wind animation (if Lumion used). Smooth dolly, pan, and orbit shots – no abrupt camera changes. Soft
depth of field for cinematic look.
4. Materials & References Provided by Client
CAD drawings (.dwg, .dxf) or Revit model. Floor plans & elevations. Site plan with landscaping details. Material & finish
specifications. Garden planting plan (if available). Reference images for style, lighting, and mood.
5. Timeline & Budget
Initial draft: within X weeks. Revisions: up to 2 rounds included. Final delivery: within X weeks of draft approval.
