House Interior & Exterior Visualization

I have a set of architectural drawings for a single-family house and now need them turned into a cohesive 3D presentation. The scope covers both the exterior façade and every major interior space, rendered to a photoreal standard so the design can be reviewed by clients and stakeholders.

Surroundings should include only basic landscaping—think lawn, driveway, a few shrubs and trees—enough to ground the building naturally without modeling neighbouring lots. I will supply the plans, elevations, and reference materials in PDF/DWG; you handle the full 3D build, material assignments, lighting, and camera setup.

Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders of all key exterior angles
• Interior stills for living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Source model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) with textures correctly linked
• Optional: a short fly-through or 360° panorama if time allows

Quality checklist
– Accurate proportions matching the provided drawings
– Realistic materials and lighting; no blown-out highlights
– Landscaping limited to grass, path, driveway, and light planting only
