House Design - Interior and Exterior Renders + Interior Design

I'm looking for a talented architect/ interior designer to bring a modern minimalist aesthetic to my villa in New Zealand. The project is a 130 m2 house to be built in a factory and delivered to site on a truck.

I have floor plans and elevations at the Concept Design stage. The project involves designing the kitchen, TV/ fire console and two bathrooms. The project includes producing 4 internal renders and 4 external renders (CGI's) of the house, landscaping and garage. For the kitchen I have a photograph of a kitchen that needs to be modified to fit the space/ layout I have.

I have completed most aspects of the design but this needs to be visually represented in 3D to help me make final design decisions.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in modern minimalist interior design.
- Strong skills in creating and CGI's.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

The project would involve two online review meetings to make any minor changes that may be required.

I'm currently living in Morocco so the designer does not have to be based in New Zealand.
