Key Expectations:

- The level of detail considered should be high, consisting of intricate textures, and inclusion of small objects.
- It should be editable in AutoCad. I.e. it should have dimensions for floor, walls, ceiling, windows, doors, etc. so that these can be changed.
- It should be viewable without AutoCad, e.g. via Autodesk viewer and others.
