High-End Residential SketchUp Renderings

I’m updating a portfolio of luxury homes and need new SketchUp models that capture traditional character in three core zones: living areas, bedrooms, and key outdoor moments. Every view must feel presentation-ready for discerning homeowners, so textures, materiality, decor layers, and accurate lighting are essential—think polished wood grain, tailored upholstery, soft lamp ambience, and evening glow on stone patios.

Here’s how I work. I’ll provide floor plans, inspiration images, and a finishes schedule. You translate that package into a fully built SketchUp file and a set of high-resolution stills (4K PNG or JPG) that illustrate each space from multiple angles. If you prefer to light and render in V-Ray, Enscape, or another plug-in, that’s fine as long as the native .skp remains tidy and tagged logically for future edits.

To keep things clear, these are the deliverables I need:
• Clean, well-layered .skp model for the entire residence
• Minimum of three rendered perspectives per space (living, bedroom, outdoor) at 4K resolution
• An optional walkthrough or panorama if your workflow already supports it

Acceptance criteria: geometry organized by tag, PBR materials named and scaled correctly, no missing textures, and renders match the traditional style guide I’ll supply.
