Heart Beating

I need a rigger to rig this model. The heart needs to pump both inside AND outside. I need to be able to manipulate the valves, grow/shrink/make them bumpy (basically manipulate them to look diseased), and each chamber must be able to grow/shrink while still allowing the pumping animation to be fluid.
