Fusion360 High-Detail Surface Mesh

Job ID: 39880142

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have finished concept art for a new product and now need it transformed into a high-detail surface mesh that opens flawlessly in Autodesk Fusion 360. The model will ultimately drive further product-design, so accurate curvature, clean topology, and watertight seams are essential.

Scope
• Translate my 2D concept images into a fully surfaced 3D form ready for Fusion 360.
• Maintain product-grade fidelity: crisp edges, controlled fillets, and smooth Class-A-style surfaces.
• Organize features logically so later parametric edits are straightforward.
• Optimise the mesh for metals or plastics, keeping draft angles and wall thicknesses in mind where practical.

Deliverables
1. Native Fusion 360 (.f3d) or compatible STEP/IGES file containing the complete surface body.
2. A brief layer/feature-naming convention or timeline notes for easy hand-off.
3. Screenshot or turntable render proving overall integrity (no visible gaps, overlaps, or self-intersections).

Acceptance
The file must import into Fusion 360 without repair prompts, pass the “Inspect → Interference” check, and be smooth enough for rapid prototyping or machining.

I will share reference dimensions, and any critical tolerances once we start. If you have suggestions to enhance design aesthetics , feel free to propose them.
