I'm seeking a skilled individual or team who can create a captivating 2D animation that chronicles a journey from birth to wedding. The timeline should be stretched out to more than just 5 minutes, allowing a detailed and immersive telling of this passage of life. Mostly involving the brother and sister as the two main characters with changing scenarios.

Key Elements:

- 2D Animation: You need to have proficiency in creating fluid and engaging 2D animations. Your style should be able to resonate with the audiences, and truly bring the story to life.
- Time Frame: The animation must be longer than 3 minutes. We have an extensive narrative to cover, so I need someone who can effectively distill the essence of a lifetime into this relatively short span of time.
- Monochromatic Color Scheme: The entire animation needs to adhere to a monochromatic color scheme. The artist should have experience in working with shades of a single hue, creating depth, and dimension effectively with single-color storytelling.
