Foot Orthotic Design for Enhanced Performance

I'm in need of a skilled designer to create a foot orthotic aimed at improving performance during everyday walking.
Key Requirements:
- i have the design I want in igs format that i can give to my manufacturer.
They are not understanding my design changes
Need someone who can work with me to create the design I want
The igs design is incorrect but can we use it to make the changes I want as the rest of the design is correct
I want design to make a ramp like the photo.
But want the transverse plane to incline from lateral to medial side
