Key requirement: include a realistic furniture layout in every room so buyers immediately understand scale and function. I will supply the 2D drawings, exact measurements, and reference photos; you turn them into a clean, compelling 3D perspective using your preferred tool (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar).

Room dimensions or lighting fixture call-outs are not necessary unless you feel they add value—clarity and visual impact take priority.
