3D Farmland Layout Visualization

I have a set of rough sketches for my property and need them transformed into a detailed 3D model I can rely on for day-to-day planning and long-term development. The ultimate goal is clear, easy-to-navigate visualisation rather than marketing gloss, so accuracy and practicality come first.

The model must explicitly show:
• Irrigation systems
• Crop areas
• Vehicle pathways

Please organise the design so I can quickly understand spatial relationships—how water lines intersect planting zones, where machinery turns, and how future expansions might fit. Sun-angle or “highlight” shots that reveal potential shading or drainage issues will help with decision-making, so include a few well-lit renders from key viewpoints.

Deliverables
• Editable 3D file in a common format (SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• High-resolution still renders that spotlight the areas above
• Short walkthrough video or turntable animation for internal review (60–90 sec is enough)

My rough sketches provide dimensions and general layout; use them as the starting point and ask questions early if anything is unclear. The finished work should let me rotate, zoom, and annotate without specialised software knowledge, so clean layer organisation and intuitive naming are important.

Turnaround is flexible within reason, but regular progress previews will keep things on track. If you’ve tackled agricultural sites, irrigation planning, or similar large-scale landscapes before, that experience will be a plus—please mention it when you reply.
