3D Embossing Mold STL Design

card design into a **3D embossing mold STL set** for printing.

Requirements:

* The artwork is for a **2-part embossing module**:

* **Male die**
* **Female die**
* Final output should be suitable for making an embossed card from this exact layout.

Design interpretation:

* Keep the overall card composition exactly as in the PDF:

* rectangular outer border
* floral decoration in the top-right corner
* floral decoration in the bottom-left corner
* Arabic name text at the bottom-right
* Preserve the proportions and placement from the original design.

Embossing heights:

* **Name text:** embossed to **1 mm height**
* **Flowers / floral elements:** embossed to **2 mm height**

Surface / toolpath finish:

* The embossing must have a **ball mill finish**, not a flat end-mill finish.
* I want the embossed surfaces to be **curved / rounded / smooth**, not straight, flat, or single-level stepped.
* Please make the relief feel like it was shaped with a **ball nose mill**, not with an end mill.
* The card surface and embossed areas should have a **soft rounded contour**, not sharp-edged flat terraces.

Important:

* This is **not** a simple flat extrusion job.
* The raised areas should have a **smooth 3D embossed profile**.
* Please prepare the male and female parts with proper matching clearance/tolerance for embossing use.

Deliverables:

* STL for the **male mold**
* STL for the **female mold**
* Scaled correctly to the card size shown in the PDF: **6 cm x 9 cm**
