3D Educational Industrial/Technical Instructional Animation Video (Fire Door Compliance)

We are producing a 5–6 minute educational 3D animation video for Active Fire Door Products.

The purpose of the video is to demonstrate how our fire-rated mitigation products, called Active Gap Fillers, are measured, modified, and installed in the field to correct uneven and excessive door gaps on fire-rated wood doors.
This is not a marketing commercial. It is an instructional, installer-focused educational video. The tone must be technical, clear, and professional.

The video will include:

Realistic 3D rendering of a wood fire-rated door in a commercial frame
Close-up technical demonstrations of:

Measuring gaps using a compliance gauge
Determining correct product size using a sample set
Identifying and correcting tapered gap
Sanding on the back side only (label must remain intact)
Modifying the product to accommodate a door position switch
Proper installation and final compliance verification
The animation must clearly show:
Tapered gaps (wider on one side, narrowing across the head)
The gauge inserting at the 1/8 inch compliance mark
Correct sample sizing logic
Approved field modifications that maintain fire rating compliance
A clean, professional finished installation

High attention to detail for tools, drilling, sanding, and hardware
Ability to follow a detailed storyboard closely
