Dynamic Video Marketing for Lead Generation

i need video marketing done for multiple projects we are doing and on going.

one of the tasks i need is we are a lead generation company and i want the hero video to be full screen but i want and animated video like this kind of style or better and the text which will overlay it to work in sync with the text (headline messaging) and the video to b be like a scope of a sniper riffle and then have different types of people at an intersection or in the city etc which meet me targeting requirements..

so for example have a business guy in a suit with a brief case and have like a speed bubble next to him with his profile which would be matching my clients needs.
