3D Drill Bit STL File Needed

I have blueprints for a 3D drill bit that I need to be converted into an STL file. The blueprint requires modifications in terms of adding/removing components and modifying design features. The specific dimensions needed are Length, Diameter, and Flutes. I am looking to have this project completed within a month.
