1010 Douglas: Looking to get 3D exterior renderings of two units side by side as well as each individually with 2 -3 side perspectives along with a private courtyard and a rooftop render that incl lifestyle aspects such as people, furniture & plants. We would need to show concrete walkways leading up to the unit's entrances, max 4ft wide though. The woodtone features are an old cherry stain. The project is in East Nashville TN so we're looking for urban vibrancy. These units have downtown views on the rooftops. The windows should all have the same modern blue glazing.
Important: There are 2 total units that only differ in exterior color! We need the same rending set for each of the 4.
