Digital 3D Avatar + Chatbot - > Integration Project
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We are looking for experts in BOTH Digital CGI Animation (creation, rigging, 3D animation, MetaHumans, UE, WebGL, Unity, Blender, Maya, etc.) AND some familiarity with chatbot platforms (Google Dialog Flow, IBM Watson, Amazon Polly files, etc).
We want to build a chatbot platform that uses 3D digital characters as the front-end user interface.
That means in additional to being able to great 3D digital characters, you’ll also have experience in real-time TTS speech services like Amazon Polly.
Voxly Digital – Digital Humans Platform:
1. 3D Digital Avatar (ex: MetaHuman, WebGL, Unity, this is to be decided)
2. Speech + Animation Player (This is what we need built by the freelancer, and is the main purpose of this brief).
3. Bot Platform (Dialog Flow, Rasa, IBM Watson, etc).

We’d like to talk to someone that has experience with lip-sync, facial animation, head movements, etc - and not just using plug-ins. It would be even better if you've worked with speech output systems like Amazon Polly and managed to connect that in real-time to 3D avatars. One observation so far is that animators are working on mouth and lip animation - but don’t animate the head & shoulders (… in the way a real person speaks).
As this is a chatbot, the animation will need to talk in real-time as the bot is responds to users.
In addition to 3D animation, you should be familiar with bot platforms like IBM Watson, Microsoft Azure Bot Studio, Rasa, Amazon Polly, etc. You obviously don’t have to be an expert bot maker, but should at least have heard of these platforms and know a little about the concepts.
We’d like to start the project by understanding your recommended process and platforms. From there we’d like to hire you to potentially start building digital human avatars that are as photo realistic as possible.
