3D Design for Construction Prototype

I need an experienced 3D designer who can create a construction prototype based on a picture I have. The prototype will be made from plastic, and I will need assistance with measurements and dimensions. I need at least one of these designed for use with large rolls of foil tape. I need to be able to print it on a bambu labs x1c printer.
