Design Wall Mount for Galaxy Tab A9 and Varilight Moduler Switches

Hello,

I am looking for a CAD designer or 3D modeler to help with a project. I need a wall mount designed (or an existing STL file edited, which I can provide) for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9. On the right side of the mount, there need to be openings for four switches, so it acts like a combined faceplate.

The switches will be mounted in a UK Varilight PowerGrid Grid Frame, which measures approximately 60 mm wide x 129 mm high x 14 mm deep. This grid frame will be screwed into a standard UK in-wall back box, typically around 147 mm x 86 mm. The wall mount needs to cover the back box and align precisely, so the switches pop through cleanly on the right side next to the tablet.

I will provide photos of the Varilight Grid Frame and examples of similar installations to guide the design. I also have an existing STL file of a similar tablet mount, which you can use as a starting point if it’s easier to modify instead of creating a new design from scratch.

The final deliverable should be an STL file ready for 3D printing. It should be designed for standard FDM printing with minimal supports needed. It would also be very helpful if you could include a simple labeled diagram or exploded view to show how everything fits together.

Please let me know whether you plan to create the model from scratch or modify the existing STL I provide. I’d also like to hear about your experience with similar wall mount or enclosure projects. If you have examples of your work or a portfolio, please include that as well.
