Design VVIP Sports Arena Lounge

I am fitting out a brand-new VVIP lounge inside a sports arena and need a complete interior concept that turns the raw shell into an exclusive, game-day destination. The lounge’s sole purpose is premium sports viewing, so sightlines to the bowl and to multiple large-screen TVs must drive the layout.

Key features to weave seamlessly into the design include
• a full-service bar that can cope with peak halftime surges yet still feel intimate between events,
• generous, ultra-comfortable seating clusters that encourage relaxed socialising, and
• strategically placed large screens so every guest enjoys an unobstructed view of the action.

I will supply the base architectural drawings once we start; from you I need a cohesive concept package that covers mood boards, annotated floor plan with furniture and screen locations, high-quality 3D renders (day and event lighting), and a concise FF&E schedule identifying finishes and key fittings for bar, seating and AV integration. Three refinement rounds are built into the scope so we land the right mix of luxury, functionality and brand personality.

Experience with arena or hospitality interiors, proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD/Revit and 3ds Max/SketchUp with V-Ray or Enscape, and an eye for premium materials will make this project run smoothly.
