Project Brief: Paintball Experience Zone Proposal Design
Project Overview:
Battle Zone Entertainment is preparing a professional proposal to establish a Paintball Experience Zone at Sheraton Hotel Park, Zone 5. The space is 800 sqm and will be divided into three areas:
1. Main Field: Inflatable paintball court.
2. Target Shooting Zone: Two stations with different difficulty levels for kids and adults.
3. Preparation Area: Ticketing office, changing rooms, and waiting space.
The purpose of this project is to create a polished proposal document that includes professional design visuals to present to the venue management.
Scope of Work
The designer will be responsible for delivering:
1. Proposal Design (Document Layout)
• Clean, professional proposal document (Word or PDF format).
• Integration of company branding (Mawaqaf logo, colors, etc.).
• Sections: Executive Summary, Location Details, Concept, Pricing, Financial Proposal, Benefits, Design Support, and Conclusion.
• Space for images, charts, and design visuals.
2. 3D Visuals / Concept Images
• At least one high-quality 3D image/render showing how the Paintball Zone will look within Sheraton Hotel Park.
• Suggested perspectives:
a. Aerial / top view layout (showing division of the 800 sqm space).
b. Perspective render of the inflatable paintball court in action.
c. Target shooting area with children/adults interacting.
• Integration of photos provided (inflatable models, gear, and site reference).
Deliverables
• Final Proposal Document: Ready-to-submit in PDF and editable Word format.
• 3D Render(s): Minimum one realistic render (preferably 2–3 angles).
• Source Files: If possible, provide editable design files (e.g., Photoshop, SketchUp, or Illustrator).
