Custom FiveM Maps Creation

I’m preparing to launch a brand-new FiveM server and I’m looking for a skilled FiveM map/mod creator to develop two high-quality, optimized custom locations:

Car Dealership – A modern and immersive dealership where players can browse and purchase vehicles. It should have a clean layout, display areas, offices, and parking spots. The dealership must feel lively but remain performance-friendly in FiveM.

Police Department (PD) – A fully functional police station designed for roleplay immersion. It should include key areas such as front desk, holding cells, briefing/meeting rooms, locker rooms, evidence storage, and vehicle garages. The PD must balance realism with performance optimization.

Deliverables (for each map):

Fully-functional .ymap/.ytyp assets packaged for FiveM.

Any custom textures, props, or collision files included.

Installation/read-me instructions so the map can be easily added to the server.

One round of minor tweaks after initial review.

What I’m Looking For:

Prior experience creating FiveM maps (please share screenshots or demo videos).

Ability to collaborate on the final details and theme of each build.

Focus on immersion, smooth performance, and GTA V style consistency.
