Custom Character Animator for Adobe Character Animator and Photoshop

I'm in need of a talented animator who can create and animate five custom, funny and playful characters for a children's video using Adobe Character Animator and Photoshop. The final deliverables should be .chproj and .psd files, all ready for animation.
Animation Requirements:
- Eyes: Adjustable pupils with natural blinking motions.
- Mouth & Jaw: Smooth lip-syncing and jaw movement for realistic speech and expressions.
- Head: Fluid head turns and tilts for expressive character interaction.
- Arms & Hands: Dynamic arm movements and detailed hand gestures.
- Tails: Natural tail motion for character flair.
- Legs & Feet: Realistic walking, running, and full body movements.
- Open to suggestions if I missed something
You will be working with provided character images. The characters should embody a funny and playful personality, suitable for a children's video. Your ability to bring these characters to life in a captivating way will be crucial for the success of this project.
