Creative Front-End Developer / UI Motion Designer (ERP 3D Showcase)

Project Overview

We are seeking a high-level Creative Developer or Motion Designer to build a premium, isometric "exploded view" animation for our ERP software landing page.

The goal is to showcase the connectivity of our system by displaying three distinct software layers floating in a 3D space:

Top Layer: Main Business Dashboard (High-level analytics/charts).

Middle Layer: Sales & Transactions (Floating Quotations, Invoices, and Orderbooks).

Bottom Layer: Employee Operations (Task lists, attendance, and performance).

Scope of Work

Module Design: Design three high-fidelity UI mockups based on our ERP screens, styled with a modern "Glassmorphism" effect (translucency, soft shadows, and crisp borders).

3D Animation: Create a smooth, scroll-triggered animation where these layers stack, expand, or parallax as the user scrolls down the landing page.

Visual Continuity: Implement "data nodes" or connecting lines between layers to represent the flow of information from the employee level up to the business dashboard.

Technical Handoff: Provide the final animation as a high-performance web asset (Lottie JSON or GSAP-ready code).

Required Skills & Experience
Design Tools: Mastery of Figma and Adobe After Effects.

Animation Frameworks: Proven experience with GSAP (GreenSock), Framer Motion, or Lottie/Bodymovin.

Visual Style: Expertise in Isometric UI design, 3D perspective, and modern SaaS aesthetics.

Performance First: Ability to deliver high-quality motion without sacrificing page load speeds or mobile responsiveness.

Deliverables
Source Files: Fully organized Figma or After Effects project files.

Web Assets: Lottie JSON files, optimized SVGs, or a React/HTML component containing the animation logic.

Mobile Version: A modified, vertical-stack version of the animation specifically for mobile devices.
