Create 3D scene and Animation - showing a head, hair movement and hair clippers - using blender etc

Note: if you bid, please let me know if you think you can create the hair movement i.e. string or fiber movement, as I think this will be the most difficult part of this project.
Recreate an animation scene in 3D - so we can create video of it from different angles. You will need to use a head model, create hair movement (using physics of string or fiber) and create the model of a handheld device.
