Create a 3D model with a Dacian draco that can be cast and attached to a wooden cane

I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler who can create a high detail 3D model of a Dacian draco. The model will be cast in metal and attached to a wooden cane. Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want.
