Create a collection of 50 art works for NFT

I am looking for someone to do a variation of Death Note like Shinigami Characters. They have 10 different categories of traits and they are split.
10 of these will be "legendary rareness" so they look unique

I am coming up with concept ideas for a NFT project
Also looking for a programmer that knows how to code nft contracts
