Create clothing for character in CC and iClone

Hello! I have a female 3D character in iclone and CC. I need someone to design new clothes for the character in whatever software you choose and in the end I need the character with new clothes, new face, ready to be used in CC (Character Creator & iClone for Animation). I do not need any other software like Maya etc. Must be iclone and CC and also submit the source file for the clothing.
