Create 3D animation walkthrough using pdf floor plans and layouts

I am working on a construction project and would like a 3D animated walkthrough of the development, both interior and exterior. The development includes 8 townhouses and 4 studio apartments, and I have pdf's of the floor plan and site layout, as well as a few 3D images that can be used for reference. I will attach the documentation I have, as well as a link to sample animations that are examples of what I would like.
