Create animated/3d promo for car parts online shop

For Car Parts online shop need to create 2 - 3 version of promo video for publish on Youtube.
One of video need to be up to 5 seconds and another one about 20 sec but main focus on first 5 sec of video.
The main focus need to be on body parts like head lights, tail light, mirrors, bumpers etc (see exmp. pic attached).
