Create a 3D Printable File from a Sketch

I need a 3D printable file created from a sketch I have made. The file will be used to produce an insert for a small case. The deliverable should be in a format compatible with 3D printing (e.g., STL or OBJ) and ready to take to my local print shop. The design should align with the dimensions and specifications provided in the sketch.
