We are building a premium, futuristic beverage brand called ROBOT Kombucha (award-winning organic honey cola kombucha). We want to create a talking ROBOT character — not just a chatbot — that can engage customers, remember them, and educate them about the brand in a fun, modern way.
This will become our AI brand ambassador, appearing on our website first, and later potentially inside a mobile app and in-person event kiosks.

A web-based interactive ROBOT character that:
• Appears visually on-screen as a character (2D animated or 3D avatar)
• Talks to users via voice + text (speech-to-text and text-to-speech)
• Has lip-sync / expressive animations (basic is fine to start)
• Uses a modern LLM backend (OpenAI or similar)
• Can answer FAQs about our product, brand story, ingredients and benefits
• Includes safe memory (remembers user name, preferences, previous questions)
• Includes guardrails (no medical claims, no diagnosis, complies with UK advertising standards)
• Has an easy admin method for updating the knowledge base (FAQ / product info)
