Create a 3D Model of Main Floor in SketchUp Pro

I am looking for a freelancer to create an accurate 3D model of the main floor of my home in SketchUp Pro. The focus is on getting the geometry and layout correct, without including furniture or additional details at this stage. I already have sketches made in Visio and RoomSketcher and can provide 2D and 3D floor plans as PNG/JPEG/PDF files for reference. Deliverables should include the SketchUp Pro file, and optionally JPEG/PNG/PDF formats for sharing with contractors.
