Crash Barrier Fabrication & Galvanizing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a full, end-to-end service for highway crash barriers that covers both roll forming and hot-dip galvanizing. The scope includes every component—W-Beam, Thrie Beam, plus the corresponding posts and spacer blocks—manufactured to the standard dimensions normally used in roadway safety projects.
Because we do not yet have finished drawings, I also want your engineering input. This means translating the governing crash-barrier standards into complete shop drawings, validating section properties, and confirming bolt-hole patterns so everything lines up on site. Once the design package is approved, production can begin immediately, followed by galvanizing that meets the usual corrosion-protection thickness for outdoor highway use.
Deliverables:
• Signed-off engineering calculations and detailed CAD drawings for W-Beam, Thrie Beam, posts, and blocks
• Roll-formed components produced to those drawings
• Hot-dip galvanizing with coating certificates
• Final quality and dimensional inspection reports ready for site acceptance
