Courtyard & Gym Photorealistic Render
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I already have a set of basic CGI studies from the architect; what I now need is a polished, photorealistic version suitable for our upcoming marketing pack. The final imagery should sit at a “moderate detail” level—clean, believable textures and lighting that sell the story without drifting into time-consuming micro-detail.
Key visual priorities
• Landscaping and greenery must look lush and well-maintained.
• The building architecture should read clearly, with materials and façade depths accurately represented.
• Outdoor amenities—seating, pathways, lighting—need enough presence to suggest activity and comfort.
Preferred workflow tools include 3ds Max + V-Ray (or Corona), but I am flexible if you can achieve the same quality in Blender, SketchUp/Enscape, or similar.
Deliverables
• 2–3 high-resolution (min. 4 K) still renders in both daylight and evening moods
• Editable source files with textures linked
• One set of reduced-size JPEGs optimised for web use
Acceptance criteria
• All plant species, paving patterns, and material tones match the reference palette I will supply.
• No visible modelling or texture seams at 100 % zoom.
• Final images arrive within the agreed timeline, ready for print and digital placements.
I’ll forward the current massing models, DWGs, and reference photos once we agree to proceed, along with the brand guideline that governs colour balance.
