Cottage-Style 3D Home Presentation

I have a photo-spread from a magazine showing a lovely house exterior and, in my head, a perfect cottage-style interior. I now need a polished 3D rendering that blends those two sources into a single, buyer-ready presentation.

Here is what matters most to me: the model must read like an accurate architectural print, so every room dimension has to match the concept I will supply. Furniture placement and traffic flow can stay flexible for now, but the shell and scale have to be spot on. Warm woods, light colours, and a cosy, lived-in cottage aesthetic should guide material and lighting choices.

You will receive:
• A scan of the magazine images (exterior reference)
• A rough sketch and notes of my proposed interior layout, including exact measurements

I need back from you:
• A detailed, textured 3D rendering that can be panned or exported as stills for a slideshow
• Two or three high-resolution hero views suitable for print handouts
• A simple floor overlay on one slide calling out the key room sizes

File format is your choice—SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Blender, or any platform you’re comfortable with—so long as I can review the model and pull screenshots with ease.

Accuracy on dimensions and the cosy cottage feel are the acceptance criteria. Once those are locked, we can polish lighting and decor tweaks together.
