Commercial Property 3D Walkthrough

I have a complete floor plan for a commercial venue and need it transformed into a polished, client-ready 3D walkthrough that covers the entire property—no corners left out. This animation will be the centerpiece of an upcoming client presentation, so visual clarity, smooth navigation, and a professional finish are essential.

You may work in the toolset you prefer—Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal, Blender, 3ds Max with V-Ray—so long as the final result looks photorealistic and can be delivered in common video format (MP4/HD) plus a lightweight interactive file if feasible.

Deliverables:
• Full-length 3D walkthrough video of the entire commercial space
• Still-frame renders of key vantage points suitable for slide decks
• Source files with organized layers for future edits

Acceptance criteria:
• Consistent real-world scale and accurate material representation
• Fluid camera path that shows every room, corridor, and public area without abrupt cuts
• Lighting and reflections balanced for clear visibility on standard presentation screens

I will provide as many photos and dimensions as possible.

Also their is merchandise that needs to be removed from photos and replace with high-end watch displays.
