Commercial Landscape Design & 3D Modelling

I'm looking for a seasoned landscape designer who can create detailed landscape design plans for a commercial property. The focus of this project is on the green spaces and gardens within the property.

Key Requirements:
- Creation of landscape design plans specific to a commercial property.
- Design of green spaces and gardens.
- Development of both 2D and 3D models and drawings.
- Producing high-quality landscape renderings.

Design Styles:
- I'm open to a few styles including a traditional English or French garden, a zen garden, or a modern but rich landscape. Experience in these styles will be a plus.
- A keen understanding and ability to execute a 'modern and minimalistic' approach will be appreciated.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in landscape design software.
- Strong skills in creating 2D and 3D models.
- Excellent understanding of different garden styles and themes.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing landscapes.

Experience:
