ComfyUI Workflow Setup for Fashion AI Production (LoRA Training, Garment Transfer & Background Compositing)

We are an evening dress fashion brand building a professional AI image production pipeline. Our goal is to generate high-end, photorealistic images of a consistent AI model wearing different dresses in various environments.
We are looking for an experienced ComfyUI specialist to design and implement a robust workflow that delivers consistent, production-ready results.
Core Requirement
The key to this project is structuring the workflow into separate, controllable modules rather than solving everything in a single generation pass. Specifically:
• Identity Control → maintain consistent face & character
• Garment Transfer → accurately fit dresses onto the model
• Background Compositing → place the model naturally into new scenes
Scope of Work
1. Character Identity & LoRA Training
• Train a LoRA from reference images of our AI model
• Ensure strong facial consistency and identity preservation
• Integrable into ComfyUI workflow
2. ComfyUI Workflow Development
Build a modular workflow that:
• Uses the trained LoRA for consistent character generation
• Places the model into backgrounds we provide
• Transfers dresses from reference photos onto the model
• Produces realistic lighting, fabric behavior, and proportions
• Ensures high-end fashion photography quality
3. Output Requirements
• 5 images per dress
• different poses
• different backgrounds
• full-body shots
• photorealistic & production-ready
4. Face Consistency & Model Selection
• Prevent identity drift during generation
• Implement best practices for identity locking
• Recommend optimal models (e.g., FLUX, SDXL-based pipelines, or alternatives)
5. Batch Processing & Automation
• Enable queue-based batch processing
• Allow multiple dresses to be processed sequentially
• Optimize for efficient large-scale production
Current Status
We have tested tools like Nano Banana Pro. Results are promising, but facial consistency remains a major issue.

• Fully functional ComfyUI workflow
• LoRA training setup & guidance
• Documentation / node explanation
• Recommendations for hardware or cloud deployment (optional)

• Advanced experience with ComfyUI workflows
• Strong understanding of LoRA training & identity consistency
• Experience with fashion, garment transfer, or virtual try-on pipelines is a plus
