3D Clothing Design for Animated Film Project

I'm looking for a talented animator who is proficient in iClone8, Character Creator 4, (Maybe Marvelous Designer) and Unreal Engine.

Here is what I want:

I have created a custom character + custom robes in Character Creator 4. I need 2 things:

- Transfer skin weight of the robe to make it fit seamlessly
- Make sure the robes flow and look beautiful when animated
- Move the character to iclone
