Client-Ready Architectural 3D Renderings
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have an architectural concept that needs to be presented to my client for review and formal approval. What I’m missing are polished, photorealistic still images that clearly communicate design intent, materials, lighting, and overall atmosphere. All plans, elevations, and reference photographs are ready—now I need a 3D specialist to translate them into compelling visuals.
Your task is focused on high-quality 3D renderings only; no animation or interactive model is required at this stage. You may work in the toolset you prefer—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp + Enscape, or similar—as long as the final output meets the realism and resolution targets we agree on.
Please be comfortable handling:
• Accurate material and lighting setup that reflects real-world finishes
• Multiple camera views (exterior and a couple of key interior shots)
• Minor design tweaks during the review cycle until the client signs off
Deliverables I expect:
• High-resolution JPG or PNG renderings (print and web ready)
• The native 3D scene files and textures for future revisions
• A brief summary of settings (lighting environment, render engine, passes) for consistency on later phases
Timeline is flexible but I would like first previews within a week of project start, with the final approved images shortly after.
