City-wide Street Naming Visual Presentation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
am spearheading a city-wide initiative to introduce formal street names and numbered addresses where none currently exist, and I need a compelling visual and strategic package to win stakeholder approval.
The core of the job is a set of before-and-after animations—both 2D map-style sequences and immersive 3D fly-throughs—that clearly show future road signs, visible street names, and numbered building façades. These visuals should make it immediately obvious how orderly navigation, postal delivery, and emergency response will improve once the new addressing system is in place.
Alongside the animations, I require a concise yet persuasive PowerPoint proposal. It must include:
• Introduction & objectives – Why this project matters and the current challenges we solve
• Project plan & timeline – Key phases from surveying to sign installation
• Expected impact & benefits – Social, economic, and civic gains illustrated with the new visuals
A short business plan rounds out the deliverables, outlining implementation costs, potential revenue streams (e.g., data licensing, signage sponsorship), and roll-out milestones. Urban-development insight is vital; industry terminology and realistic cost assumptions will be reviewed closely.
Final deliverables: MP4 files for each animation, high-resolution stills for print, the editable PPTX deck, and a PDF of the business plan. Two revision cycles are included so we can polish the narrative and ensure every street name and address label is accurate.
