3D Character Rigger

I am looking for an experienced 3D character rigger to help with a project requiring facial rigging and the creation of facial blendshapes. The 3D character is of a large file size, measuring 50MB and above. The type of rigging needed for this project needs to be facial rigging with a high level of detail and precision. The rigger I am looking for should have extensive experience when it comes to the process of designing and creating character rigs. I am hoping to find someone who is technically proficient in character rigging and can deliver an excellent, high-quality result.
