3D Character Model for Streaming

I'm looking for a skilled Blender artist to transform a 2D character model into a 3D model. This model will be used for live streaming on our new channel.

Key Requirements:
- Medium detail
- Complete with bones/rig
- Compatible with tracking software
- Animation requirements: idle animations, facial expressions, full body movements

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Blender
- Experience in character modeling and rigging
- Knowledge of animation, especially for streaming applications
- Attention to detail and ability to follow 2D art closely
