AI Cartoon Video Generator

I want to bring a text-to-video pipeline to life that turns any plain script I feed it into a fully animated, cartoon-style video. The goal is a system (web-based or standalone) that reads the script, interprets scene changes, adds simple transitions and captions, then renders a finished MP4 ready for upload.

My priority is the creative logic: characters, backgrounds and motion should all carry that fun, colourful cartoon feel while remaining clear and easy to follow. I’m open to whether you rely on existing models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Pika, Runway, Synthesia, AnimateDiff) or build custom ones, as long as the workflow stays text-in / video-out with minimal manual tweaking.

To make sure we’re on the same page, please deliver:
• A working prototype that accepts a text script and outputs at least a 30-second animated sample.
• Source code, model weights (if self-hosted), and a short setup guide so I can run it locally or on a standard cloud instance.
• Notes on further training or fine-tuning to refine styles or add branded elements later.
