G+4 Building Exterior Render
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a photorealistic 3-D exterior view of a planned G + 4-storey building. I will supply the finished architectural drawings along with the exact façade materials and texture references, so your role is to translate those into a single, highly realistic hero image (and one alternate angle) that captures true colours, depth, and lighting.
The brief at a glance
• Scope: exterior only – no interior cut-aways or floor-plan visuals required
• Detail level: fully realistic, suitable for client marketing collateral
• Materials: use the specific textures I provide; suggest substitutes only if something is clearly missing
• Deliverables: two high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 4K), plus the native scene file for future tweaks
• Turn-around: initial draft within five days, then up to two minor revision rounds for lighting or material tweaks
Preferred tools are 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Blender-Cycles, or equivalent that can achieve a photo-matched finish. If you have a strong portfolio of exterior renders that demonstrate realism in glazing, lighting, and subtle landscaping touches, I’d love to see it when you bid.
