Boho Resort Structures Design Package
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m developing six identical guest-accommodation units on a 600 m² resort plot and need a full design package that takes each structure from concept to tender readiness. The buildings are ground-plus-one, built with 75 mm pre-fab steel & cement panels, and each contains a room, bathroom and verandah. All spaces should carry a relaxed, Boho vibe that feels light, natural and fresh.
Scope
The job covers structural engineering, complete MEP (electrical and plumbing) layouts, and accurate bills of quantities with cost estimates. I also need a cohesive exterior site plan that positions the six units around a pool, deck areas and landscaped zones, making sure traffic flow and sight-lines work for guests. Interior design is required for the rooms, bathrooms and verandahs so the look and feel is locked in before construction.
3D & Visualisation
To secure approvals and streamline tendering I’ll need high-quality 3D models, photoreal renders and a short walkthrough animation that illustrates how the finished resort will feel from arrival to pool deck.
Deliverables
• Signed-off structural drawings for each unit, ready for permitting
• BOQ and cost estimate broken down by trade
• Full electrical and plumbing drawings with schedules
• Site layout plan showing pool, deck and landscaping strategy
• Interior layouts with finishes and furniture selections (Boho style)
• Native 3D model files, still renders and a 60–90 sec walkthrough video
I’m looking for a professional who can take ownership of the entire package, coordinate disciplines and hand me a set of documents that a contractor can price and build straight away. If you’ve completed similar prefab hospitality projects, please share examples with your proposal.
