Blender 3D rigged characters for animation

I'm seeking a skilled Blender artist to transform my 6 Bitmoji characters into 3D models, preserving their unique, cartoon-like aesthetics. Your role doesn't just stop at creating 3D models, you're also required to perform rigging tasks to make these characters ready for animation.
The needs of the project are outlined below:
3D Modeling:
- Transform 5 Bitmoji characters into 3D models.
- Maintain the cartoon-like aspect of the characters in 3D form.
Rigging:
- The whole body of each character should be rigged, from the facial muscles down to fingers and toes.
Note that I don't have any specific poses or actions in mind for now, so your rigging work should prepare the characters for a broad range of movements and expressions.
