Blender animation with water

I am looking for someone who can animate water flowing scenario in a car wash set up. The model will be provided and you are required to do the fluid animation. Basically, you need to show how the water drainage system works, which is collected through a slope to drain line and dispose through a pipe.
Please refer the sample video for reference. Candidates with previous experience in similar work is preferred.
