I'm in need of a skilled Blender expert who can help me finalize my project. The main aspects that require attention are:

- **Texture and Materials**: The scene's environmental elements need proper texturing and material application. This includes terrain, buildings, and other environmental props. Your ability to enhance the realism and visual appeal through textures is vital.

- **Character Interactions**: I need assistance with refining the character's interactions with objects in the scene. This could involve adjusting current movements or creating new ones to ensure a seamless interaction.

I’d like your help finishing up the Blender file with a few specific tasks to complete the scene and animation. Below are the details:

1. Finishing the Background (Easement or Park Strip)
Context: The scene is set in a neighborhood, and I need the background area, representing the easement or park strip, to be finished.
Details:
This area should resemble a typical neighborhood easement or park strip, which usually consists of a grass strip or landscaped area between the sidewalk and street.
You can include elements like trees, shrubs, or flower beds that are common in residential areas.
A sidewalk and curb should also be part of the background to give the impression of a residential neighborhood.
Make sure the texturing is realistic, and the park strip has some slight depth or gradient to avoid a flat, unrealistic look.
